Blacktail Deer Plateau preparing for winter

A rather diminutive wolf not really built for the harshness of winter, Rue was also quite grateful for the shelter of the Door... particularly after returning home from a scouting excursion. Very particulalry after spending the night in a hole she had carved out of the snow. Rue could still feel the crick in her neck from her cramped accomodations the previous night. She looked forward to stretching out in the dry, cozy Door, and it was indeed where she was heading when she caught the scent of Grezig. 

Rue sighed, knowing she ought to stop and make a report to the Beta even though it would delay her in reaching the Door. She barked, hoping to summon Grezig to her position if the advisor wasn't otherwise occupied. Although Rue would have to wait a little longer to warm her bones, she looking forward to catching up with Grezig and perhaps hearing about where the Beta had gotten off to the last couple of weeks. If there was one thing Rue always had, it was a very healthy amount of curiosity.
