It irritated him how quickly his breath turned to cloud and disappeared in this chill. "Gettin' there fast ain't the point, gettin' there safe is." And with that he'd sit down, hoping she'd do the same. "'sides, I need'ta teach ya some shit. May's well do tha' now, aye?" Being safe was a multi-faceted beast to tackle.

Kukulkan would be lying if he wasn't warmed against this cold by the fire in his gut. A fire sparked from the idea of a threat. An internal threat, one at home.
