Tonight, he took a night of rest. Killdeer looked at the stars, perched near the summit of the Moonspear, rapt in the beauty of the heavens.
It seemed. . .brighter. And with more motion. . .? His eyes darted;
Yeah. He wasn't imagining it.
The stars were moving, somewhat.
He thought of howling, but fell silent, selfishly. He wanted to keep it all to himself. The sight of light streaking through the sky—he couldn't give it up. Not yet.
