Sequoia shrugged at the mention of the unconventional setup. It worked for her, because she was getting what she wanted: children. As for whether or not it would work in practice... well, only time would tell. Being a novice therapist, she didn't see any issue with it for the children themselves. They would have her, and they would have the rest of the pack, including Mahler and Laurel. Sequoia had a feeling things were going to be just fine.

Of course, she said at Laurel's concern. She had heard of Wildfire's and Raven's harrowing tales. Seq considered herself a decent judge of character. She wasn't about to get herself into a situation she couldn't get out of.
