All Welcome
By the look of it, the partygoers were enthralled with the menu. Every morsel had been devoured!

Keiko fell back to one wall and regarded the dancing crowd, satisfied. A job well done. At some point, a young girl imbibed with drink struck up a conversation with her! She smiled in amusement, though there was no judgment in her gaze. Keiko was simply happy the people feel so free to celebrate.

She adjusted her mantle of red and white, before shifting the fine pelt of ocelot across her shoulders. Every movement is graceful and rehearsed. In her hand is a small class of cactus juice that she strategically nursed.

tosses her at u <3 using wp/cp 1 + 2 for this thread!

ah, the trials of womanhood. the pain of loneliness. the yearning for what — who — she will never have.
the party is grand. the fellahin outdo themselves, always; the food delectable, the drink intoxicating. and for the whole night, her mind continued to wander.
at first, it had been thoughts of the newly-crowned semer-wati and pharaoh, her chosen spouse; the bitterness that still edged her gaze every time it fell upon him. relief came only in the remembrance that it was the golden godhead who held the crown and not him. ma'at had decided so.
and then there was eset.
every time the glassy eyes of tangerine crossed her form, zaahira popped another fermented berry between her lips. and that had resulted in, for lack of better description, an absolutely plastered mazoi. so much so that she had not even noticed how clumsy-footed she had become, stumbling and bumping and nearly stopping to vomit at least thrice. she registered a bit too late that her unfeeling shoulder had jabbed right into the ribcage of one foreign alabaster-pelted guest.

The role of a wallflower perfectly suited the shine maiden, who had been trained to be demure, humble, and formal. She did not possess the artistry and wit of the Geisha, nor the beauty and charms of an Oiran. She watched, entertained as the pulsating crowd indulged in food and wine in celebration of the new pharaoh.

Suddenly a familiar guest caught her eye. A man with furs of pale sandalwood floated through the crowd on the opposite side of the great hall. Could it be?

Her body moved on its own. Keiko suddenly lurched into the crowd, still clutching her drink. However, she suddenly crossed paths with someone else. They collided and Keiko felt a painful jab in her side. Her drink tumbled to the floor as Keiko tumbled backward, the ocelot pelt and her collars of red and white bark fell away.
