Pup Adoption Question

So I had a pup adoption question... if I sent out an acceptance PM, but the player is inactive and never responded to the PM (or a discord message), am I safe to reclaim the pup and adopt it out again? It's never been posted with and the account has not been made.

Since there is no account for this puppy, it is reclaimable. I would advise you send a courtesy PM to the prior puppy player to let them know that since there was no response confirming their acceptance of the puppy, you've elected to pick another player. Hope that answers your question!
