Donovan’s miss directly effects him. Resulting in an easy bite into his muscled shoulder. The scrape of teeth along his skin, most definitely drawing pinpricks of blood, make the fire within him burn for battle. Though this isn’t a battle, it’s a spar and Donovan keeps that in mind before going in for his next move.

To his dismay misses as well. His teeth aim for that pretty, curled appendage that is their tail, only to be denied by the others quick movement. After two misses it’s safe to go in the defense. So spinning around Donovan plants his paws securely on the ground, hopefully able to see the other wolf-dogs next move easy enough to dodge.
