Donovan smirks when he realizes the other is not at all interested climbing up and into the tree. Snickering he shakes his head. “That would be a shame wouldn’t it?”

With a new aura of calmness, Donovan steps down the limbs of the tree. Skillfully pawing down each limb and eventually meeting the grimy forest floor. Coin gold eyes meet Renard’s on and he smiles briefly, coming to walk up to him.

“I give up.” He hums absentmindedly.

He turns his body and jerks his head in a follow me motion. “Let’s go grab some water. I’m fucking parched.” He comments lowly. Then he looks to Renard curiously. “Tell me, where do you see your travels taking you?”
