Since her birth pack had been almost exclusively relatives, and the Teekons had proved to have few eligible, non-related bachelors, she had lived a life of celibacy and anti-romance.

Her views of relationships were roughly the same as a child, with caveats that included strong insecurity in her own body most typical of a teenager.

So, when Wraen gave criticism on her list, Toad bowed her ears a little, shrugging and making a face that made her feel small.
