But I think it is important to remind ourselves that mistakes are lessons we must learn, and regrets are something we wanted at that time. And perhaps we had other choices, but that was the best choice for ourselves in that moment in time. It helped to paint us. So I try not to regret anything. And if I do I ask myself what the lesson was.
