On the way home, incredible luck had befallen him—as if it were a gift from the gods, a fish careened from the sky and hit the ground with a wet thud. Stunned, the boy looked up to see two eagles locked in claw-to-claw aerial combat. Their distant screeches rang in his ears. Hastily, the boy snatched the fish and continued home before the birds would notice his thievery.

He thinks of where to cache it—ever vigilant to avoid letting Carrion see it—and thinks of New Snow and her children. Mulherin knew they had been born around a month ago, but hadn't met the crew yet. He feels enough time has passed, it was time to meet them.

Having a vague idea of where the den is, he searches for @Mountain Boulder, or @New Snow, or @Moon Runner to show him the way.

He calls out with an amiable bark.
