She mentally had started to brush the thought away, to package up her irritation until the actual subject of it appeared again, if he ever did. Treason was fine with just going home, and probably not planning on searching for Corvus again; he knew where to find her if he wanted to apologize.  Terance's response, though, wasn't what she was expecting and it drew her attention.  Mm?  How so?  She seemed sort of casually perplexed.  In her mind, things were pretty clear-cut -- Corvus had let her down, Terance had kind of poked fun at her, and she had stated that she was happy with her previous decisions.  And thus also with Terance.  Maybe she hadn't really made that clear or something.
Arbiter is often not a nice person and will think mean things without acting on them.
