He tilted his head at the pause he gave. He half wondered if it were a fake name he'd been given. His lip twitched before licking them.
He wanted to lie. Wanted to prevent being found later when he continued his hunt. He didn't want people to know and yet he shouldn't. He shouldn't feel this need to hide, however, he knew that there were others that were like how he used to be. Grezig may still be as such. He couldn't. Equally, he couldn't lie either. It wouldn't settle right with him.

"Derg," he replied after they started walking. 
He inhaled the scents, old and faded. This cavern had had its share of dwellers, it seemed. He could pick up the distinguishable polecat. It's stench reeked around the area, yet their scent lingered often. He'd just be wary for now. 
"Seems alright."  He murmured, stepping in beside Ronnie. He half wondered if the polecat would come streaking out, or even put up a fight. He wasn't in the mood for that.
