tags for visibility/reference, if you're tagged you can assume your character knows somehow
also, feel free to reference visiting alarian in posts if you'd like! im fairly sure anyone tagged would be allowed in (uhh, whoever is deciding that IC, anyway)

He did not stir. The last event in his conscious memory was the meeting between skull and stone, the searing pain and immediate chaos of the blows. He did not remember the arrival of @Zamael, or the subsequent confrontation. Somewhere under the thick darkness cloaking him, the scene replayed infinitely. He was silent, unmoving, but in his mind there was screaming, screaming, screaming, screa— black. Again. And again.
It was impossible to tell when Alarian would wake again— if he woke again. Only the slow rise and fall of his chest and the faint pulse of his heart told that he had not yet released his grasp on life. Occasionally, he did move; the barest of twitches in response to sound and movement, few and far between. Obviously, he was not quite up to his duties as Governor— these responsibilities fell to @Delight and @Eris (who he did not know had returned) in his absence. However long that absence might be.
Life would go on nonetheless, and perhaps everyone was better off for the Governor's absence anyway. He had yet to fully mend his relationships with @Lily or @Ulf, and he could not even remember the last time he'd seen @Korei Julia. These were things he would not have fixed even without a Head Cronch— so perhaps it was best he was out for now. He could do no harm here, though he couldn't actually do anything else either.
