It probably didn't help that Corvus not showing made her a little grumpy, Treason probably was missing out on the subtlety.  She snorted.  I'm not.  But that doesn't mean I'm not disappointed.  Twice he disappointed her.  Why had she given him another chance?

She looked a final time towards where she was pretty sure Corvus would be coming from and saw nothing.  Treason's attention shifted back to Terance, and she took a couple of steps sort of towards him, sort of back towards the Hollow -- kind of splitting the difference.  It means I chose right.  For what she said, she still sounded kind of bitter.  Mixed messages? Probably.  But she wasn't used to getting ditched and wasn't planning on having it be a repeating thing.
Arbiter is often not a nice person and will think mean things without acting on them.
