She swallowed hard and looked away at his next words, thankful that her fur hid the heat rising in her cheeks. She hadn't actually felt quite this way about him before, although she had always thought he was handsome, but she had never wanted to act on it before. The sane part of her that was slowly drowning in her urges knew it was just the hormones making her feel this way, but seeing the hopeful look on his face made her want to give him the answer she thought he wanted to hear.
