All Welcome
bwp p2 - referencing this quake/rockslide.
will suffer a mild concussion in which she cannot remember the past 24 hours, also a sprained paw and bruising/cuts.
open to anyone except bfw wolves/anyone who both knows her and bfw.
feel free to pp but if you're moving her please move her away from gbw and towards the tuktu direction which is the direction she's fallen in - thanks!

you could call her an idiot, perhaps. or maybe that was being unfair, how was she supposed to know that the tremors were but a warning sign for what was yet to come? sure maybe she shouldn't have chosen to roam any sort of mountains in the days after the earth had let out such a shuddering groan but those had been from the mountains on the opposite side of their home and it wasn't like any of the mountain packs had come scuttering down from their peaks. shit happened, life went on. they weren't going to put a pause on life until certain that things were safe again, because wether the earth was angered or not, you could never promise someone they'd be truly safe anywhere. wolves died everyday so tundra hadn't put a stop to the wandering she tended to participate in a lot more recently.

she had felt slight guilt at leaving jakoul to carry most of the wood's responsibilities when maegi had taken her temporary leave but it hadn't been strong enough a thing to make her actually do anything about it. her mind simply reassured her that the morta seemed more than happy at the new responsibility, in fact sometimes when her brain felt particularly cruel it would hiss to her that the woman was too happy about it, that she'd rather tundra wouldn't get in the way with her skulking and so the ghost would draw away once more. she had wandered the borders but more often felt one of two extremes; a need to either draw into the deepest, darkest part where even the crows seemed hushed or wander as far as she could from the looming trees.

there were good days though, where she woke up feeling refreshed and ready to help out, maybe teach rowan a few new things or patrol the borders properly, with the intention of actually dealing with anything she may come across. at first they'd been few, drastically so. she'd yearned for the days of feeling nothing, tried so desperately to isolate herself so that maybe it would return but it hadn't- which had just left her hurting.

yet things were improving, slowly but steadily. sure she was far from home now when perhaps she shouldn't be but at least she didn't feel as if she were running around with a desperation to escape something she never could, feeling as trapped as a caged animal for no matter how far in the world she roamed she would always be prey to her mind. there had been no escape and so she wandered aimlessly but too scared to stop moving even if she knew there was no point, because that would mean giving up and she'd feared what that could mean.

but today she moved with a purpose and a want to just see things, it had been a while since she'd wanted anything other than silence. she'd wandered across the beautiful silverlight terrace, marvelling at the green as the sun danced across it. this had led to her wandering up the looming yet oddly inviting slopes beyond so that she'd stood high above the world, gazing in wonder at the familiar land she wandered so frequently laid out before her before turning to marvel at the places she'd only heard others talk about. for the first time in ages, she'd felt alive.

which is when it started.

ears had pinned back as the air seemed to grow tense, birds and other fauna growing daring as they passed by her without a blink and then the earth came to life. some could call her lucky, she'd chosen to stop beyond the rock that would cause the rock slide to cascade down the path she'd only walked on hours ago and litter the beautiful emerald plain, had timing worked in even a slightly different manner she would now be dead. just like that. yet then you could also argue that she was very unlucky to have chosen today to approach these mountains at all, she could be tucked away safely in her woods yet instead she stood upon the roaring beast as with a horrified yell she fell to the ground, clinging to it desperately despite it itself being the enemy.

it was all so fast, the groaning rumbles knocked her flat and as she was grunting and trying to drag herself- where? there was nowhere to go yet still instinct had her trying nevertheless- that's when the rockslide hit. there was dust everywhere, dark orbs were hid from view as she squeezed her eyes shut and coughed painfully with each useless inhale. then as an aftermath from the killing wave beyond, rocks tumbled here and there around her as she tried to stand and stagger forward only to let out a cry as one hit her from gods knows where in the side of her head which sent the world spinning even more than it was and she was on the ground again and the world was ringing and searing pain in her head rendered her powerless as soft moans broke free from grit jaws. yet still she tried, weak legs pulled her forward, blindly as the world grew hazy and then more debris hit her side and she was rolling and falling and- thud.

the impact drew another hoarse cry from dusty lips, she didn't know where she was and she couldn't lift her head with the pain, so eyes shifted slowly from side to side but soon that had to cease as a soft moan slipped forth. unaware of the side affects of a concussion, she simply seen this as the life beginning to slip from her grasp and no matter how hard she tried she couldn't stop it leaving, it was like trying to carry water. she lay on rocky terrain but it was different because she'd- fallen, right? she fell, where? was that blood? her thoughts were slowing and she wanted to panic but she felt so detached from everything, nothing seemed real and she was tired and she couldn't even feel anything and- "i dun wann..a dieit's whispered with such a soft surprised realistion that she in fact didn't want to leave this world yet but it was too late and the darkness reached up to grab her as her head lolled back with unconsciousness and the world fell eerily silent.

He had been roaming the area's around the woods and some a bit further than necessary to ask around about the mysterious tremblings. They had stopped for a while, almost long enough that he walked without constant anxiety that at any moment the earth would growl at him. Today proved him wrong as he wandered into the mountains and thankfully remained low enough that when the rockslide hit he was caught only at the end of it. He coughed and choked on the dust, standing up and wincing as a few spots on his pelt stung and he had a single good sized gash that stained the white of his fur with crimson. He was about to head off when the choked voice of a female grabbed his attention and he looked around, moving in the direction it had come from and staring down at the fallen woman. The clouds of dust drifted over them and he wondered if he left her there if she would die. He wasn't the nicest person but he wasn't a monster and as such gripped her scruff and began to drag her as smoothly from the rubble as possible until they would be safe from any more possible landslides. Once safe he dropped her and nipped sharply at her ears, hard enough to hopefully rouse her from unconsciousness. "Hey did you hit your head? Wake up or I'll leave you here" his tone was impatient as if him helping her was a pain in his ass but there was genuine concern in his expression.

as it stood, tundra was only gifted the peace of unconsciousness for a good 5 minutes and perhaps could she ever recall those 5 minutes she'd come to regret her mind's decision to return to this shuddering world. for indeed her instincts had alerted her that despite the recent venom taking over her mind, she did not wish to die- the peaceful nothingness she'd drifted away onto was not really to be feared. the living world was much scarier.

nevertheless eyelids fluttered and a pain descended upon the pale soldier as she groaned softly. a voice? she attempted to fully open her eyes but the moment a slant of light reached them she had to retreat behind protective lids with a soft hiss as pain shot through her head. blood oozed from her right temple and pooled into a sticky mess where her stained cheek pressed against the ground but she wasn't aware. in fact she was starting to feel nothing again and her eyes were starting to roll back yet some primal instinct took a jab at the control panels before her mind could take her away again and pain shocked through her once more and she could feel the ground again and smell the...other wolf.

the first movement side the quick rise and fall of her flank with each shaky breath was the pinning of her ears because what was that noise? yet the motion did nothing to alleviate the ringing and a distressed rumble rose from her chest. for a few more moments she lay motionless, shifting in and out of conciousness as her mind fought desperately to drag her back into the shadows although stubborn instincts continued to keep her tethered to reality with pangs of pain.

eventually after what felt like a lifetime to her but was in reality, probably only 10 minutes at the most; her mind gave up and let her remain crumpled on this mountain side. whether that was something she should be glad about or not was certainly debatable.

a moan drifts from ivory jaws as eyes finally open, squinting at the light as things swam for a few sickening moments before finally coming together. her breath hitches as she inhales the unfamiliar territory and then they zero in on the man standing before her and lips curl back as a growl rumbles in her chest. yet the moment she lifts her head it's cut off by another wave of dizziness and she has a moment where she's convinced her stomach's rolling would have her puke up her last meal but it eventually passes and she's left panting and blinking blearily as she glances about with a growing panic. this was certainly not blackfeather woods, where the fuck? and who the fuck? her gaze dropped to the blood where her head had been resting and grit her teeth at the way her body ached each time she moved.

every moment that passed had this fear shifting into a much darker anger as she looked back to the man, teeth still bared as she snarl broke free once more and she spat as angrily as she could giving the hoarse shakiness of her voice; "who the fuck are you and what have you...where have you taken me?she wants to stand but the fear of falling gets the better of her, no fucking way was she going to fall in front of him. but how? it made no sense how had he gotten her here when she'd been safe in the woods? had something happened to the pack? now that sent a cold sense of dread shooting through her but she struggled against it, refusing to give him that as she glared stonily at him. if he was planning to kill her she wasn't going to give him the pleasure of getting to see her scared. fuck that if he came near her she was at least going to give him something sore to remember her by.

His nipping had succeeded to rouse her but he watched with mild concern as she fought to remain conscious for the next few minutes and ultimately failing. Abaddon shifted and groaned looking around as if torn between walking away and staying nearby to ensure she didn't die. He had began to stand and turn away to walk off when she groaned and shifted falling still causing him to freeze and stare at her warily as she growled at him. He scoffed and rolled her eyes baring his fangs and giving what was the best sarcastic snarl he could muster before falling silent and staring her fallen form down with a hint of amusement. That was intriguing, her sense of fighting spirit when she looked like she was on the edge of falling unconscious and never waking up again.

After what felt like an hour in total she finally spoke up and growled at him, seeming to think he was some sort of villain who had done something to her. He grinned and leaned in just a bit his eyes shimmering with mirth as he broke the news to her "The man who just saved you from death. Look around you, there was a landslide" He spoke in a chilled tone which made it clear that he wasnt pleased with the treatment he had received for dragging her from where she had fallen. His eyes fell upon her head and he frowned wondering just how hard she had knocked herself around "I would stay awake if I were you. Looks like you hit your head pretty hard" And there it was, the helpfulness that he tried so hard to mask with an arrogant, cocky nature. He figured this was something that wouldn't fit well in the woods but he wasnt like his father and the women who stalked the woods. He wasnt someone who would kill for gain and ignore those in need if it didn't suit him at the time.

eyes flash at the upturn of the perpetrator's lips, rumble growing in intensity as he leans forward. c'mon fucker, lean a couple inches closer and let me rip that look off your face. yet such thoughts were but foolish wants, in reality should he choose to kill her there and then there was really nothing tundra would be able to do about it. it's a sickening thing to realise and her jaw clenches, fiery anger raging through this useless vessel as narrowed eyes remain focused on the man. the level of frustration coursing through her is tiring in itself and it takes way too much effort to resist letting her head slump back onto creamy paws. she wants to stomp her paws and wail about how not fair this was, she wanted to fight but her body refused to allow it. yet then he speaks and the raging bull within her mind skids to an uncertain stop; thoughts freezing with it as she simply blinks quizzically- each word scuttling about for a few frantic moments before slowly getting into a comprehensible order.

saved? landslide? look....around?

her eyes struggle to obey what should be a basic command for a few groggy moments, the fire that had cleared her mind with its rage having been distinguished as quick as it started so that the foggy confusion slid its tendrils back in. eventually she succeeds in scanning the area, it was a...mess. yes, messy- rocks everywhere? her eyes shut for another few moments as another wave of dizziness washes over her. when it passes the brute is speaking once more.

don't sleep...hit your head...

she inhales slowly, staring hard at the blood on the ground. it makes...sense right? yes it does, there had been tremors in the woods not too long ago so maybe it happened again but..."i don't...rememberit was such a strange thing, to have an entire situation erased from your mind. anything could have happened in the past...well she didn't even know how much was absent, hours? days? she swallows anxiously, any defences that had been sprung up against the man having slumped into nothingness as she fretted over her mind. for although the threat of a solid enemy didn't ignite fear, the deterioration of her mind certainly did. she focuses on him again and blinks; "who are you?thanks might have been more appropriate but she's still wary as to if he's really telling the truth and such niceties aren't as high a priority to her as they might be to others. "i need to get home i-she gathers paws beneath her only to stagger into her company and at the contact, flinch away as if stung to finally rest against the cool rock face. at least she still stood, even if her whole weight had to rest against the stone as the world swayed treacherously.

at a complete loss, all she does it stare wildly at the man, half expecting him to just hand her the solution to each of her problems there and then.

There was a clench in her jaw and his eyes flicked down to look at her muzzle as he pulled back slightly offended that she was so hostile. After a beat went by she seemed to comprehend and look around and he gave her a moment to process the destroyed scenery, eyes watching each expression with interest. She whispered that she did not remember it and he shrugged silently, there wasn't anything he could do about that. He couldn't do much to prove that he wasn't some creeper hovering over her fallen body if she didn't remember tumbling down the cliff. He was going to excuse himself when she focused on him and asked who he was. "Abaddon" he said simply still smirking until she quite suddenly stood up and then nearly collapsed against him. He blinked and his lips fell as he held still giving her support but tensing, looking mildly uncomfortable for a moment as she pulled away before composing himself. "Where are you from and what direction? I could help you back there" he offered doubting she could get more than ten feet on her own without passing out and being left vulnerable to anything.

she might've noticed how vaguely uncomfortable he seemed at their contact, picked up on it with interest if she wasn't so caught up in her own head at the moment. mind still reeling from the whole situation and not in the place to be as sharp as usual. "abaddonshe echoes softly, frowning in his direction as dark eyes seem to properly focus on him for the first time; really seeing him rather than just looking. Pale like herself yet darkness surrounded two crimson orbs which reminded her of the man forming the gang of shadows, his eyes had certainly been noticeable yet this brute had a blue ring circling inky pupils. she inhales shakily, glad to still be able to pay as much attention to detail as usual if she really put her mind to it but her head still ached as if it were a broken limb she was trying to run on.

"i'm tundrashe finally offers, it's not usual for her to seek or hand out names but it's strangely relieving to be able to state that she was indeed still tundra; brain messed up or not. her salmony tongue slips forth from iron jaws to run along her lips, picking up on a metallic tang where it ran over dried blood that had pooled around the left side of her face. the fur was matted and sticky with the crimson substance, especially around her temple where the contact had been made. her eyes shut for another few moments, huddling close to the reassuringly firm surface of the rock as the world swam and an aching wave of nausea washed over her once more.

when he spoke again an irrational anger flickered in the depths of her stomach as cold eyes became visible once more and she shot him daggers. "how am i supposed to know what direction if i don't know where the fuck-yet she cuts off the irritable onslaught of words with a sharp sigh. it wasn't his fault she'd hit her fucking head in fact he was actually trying to help, she had to stop taking it out on him and accept that she'd fucked up; it was just pretty damn frustrating not knowing how she'd fucked up. "i'm sorryshe mutters bleakly, glancing around quickly before shifting tired eyes back to him. "i've never been here before and i literally cannot remember anything about how i got here...i'm from blackfeather woods and i need to returnbut how? if only bertók was here and she cannot resist a foolishly hopeful look up at the sky but unsurprisingly the raven wasn't in sight. he never tended to leave the woods when she did siding the rare occasion, dammit.

she definitely feels a bit better though, stronger too and so she tentatively pushes her body from the support of the stone surface. there's a moment where she wobbles treacherously and is convinced the ground was going to be her next stop but she manages to ride it out and remains standing albeit a little shakily. swallowing she gives a little determined nod and looks back to the brute, still not trusting him one bit but aware that she was in no position to be picky. she'd just have to hope that his intentions truly were good and he wasn't playing some sick game with her.
