@Praimfaya <3 sorry for the wait.

It was a nice afternoon - still chilly, with a bit of a breeze, but Marlow liked it that way. She was slim, but she had thick fur that was built for cold mornings on the beach. The androgynous wolf had headed back down south a bit after her excursion to the water. It wasn't that she had had a bad time there or anything, but rather that she was seeking adventure above all else. Part of her was glad she had had her heat back in January, and even more fortunate that she'd run away before they could take advantage of that and turn her into just another broodmare for the pack.

Marlow sighed to herself as she walked, shaking the thought from her mind. There wasn't a need to think about it - she hadn't borne pups and she was no longer tied to that horrible pack anymore. She was free and safe and free to be herself. Whoever that might be.

The black wolf looked up at the setting sun, enjoying the last bit of warmth before it would fade.

no worries!

the sun begun its descent, painting the land sprawled out before her in shimmering golds in its last act of defiance until night and the moon chased it away. it paints the sky in a beautiful myriad of colors: some vibrant and others soft pastels. having come face to face with four of those that could've been her own personal reaper, praimfaya feels a new appreciation for the simple beauty of the world around her. just as she feels appreciation and a deep connection to the four souls whose memories lived on in the four deliberate claw marks on her left shoulder; a memorial of the flesh.

she stretches, taking a break from her patrol; sniffing out a lone fox trail that was tempting her into the heart of firefly glen to hunt it. remembering the last time she'd been caught and reprimanded for breaking hydra's rule of leaving moonspear's borders in pairs, praimfaya dismisses the would-be hunt; lingering in the purgatory of no-man's-land between.

a shadow catches her eye; a wolf, and she lets out a chuff to garner the stranger's attention.
