Greyback watched as the others ended their howls, their gazes focusing on the carcass of the bison and some beginning to dig in. However, he stepped back and would wait till all the others had their fill. Greyback knew he was big, bigger than all the members present and probably would eat the most. It wouldn't be fair for him to eat until all the others did, regardless of ranking order. He was not that hungry anyway.

He watched as Steph tore off a piece, bringing it over to Vespera who was sitting far away. Was she okay? He was curious to why she wasn't joining in or even sitting close like he was. Perhaps it was nerves? He decided to let it go, Steph was already handling it.

Glancing back to the others, the elder caught sight of Arlette's tiny white form among them, her body language hesitant. Chuckling, he approached the group again and stood above her before placing a heavy paw onto the bison's back and biting down into the hide. It was tough to tear, but as Greyback tugged harshly over and over, slightly jostling the kill, he was able to finally rip and opening for the girl. "Eat up, Arlette." he commanded in a gentle tone before stepping back, licking at the blood that bathed over his muzzle.
