He was trying to be a better guardian. Yet the silver serpent was, at the moment, keeping an eye on his brother Arcturus. When the howl rose up, he didn't react — instead he was watching as his shadow of a brother reacted, and when the other boy took off in the direction of the commanding tone he did too; so they would arrive one after the other, but with Revui giving Arcturus a wide berth even so. If there was a good reason for blood to be shed then Revui would not miss it, he would have his brother's back and prevent harm from befalling any of his kin.
