Stone Circle I won't explain or say I'm sorry

The man had been spending his time with Valette when the howl sounded, both of them lazing away in the sun and bathing each other in nurturing licks.  He didn't expect to hear his son at the border. The boy was always running off and paying attention somewhere else. The Patriarch had only seemed the willowed lad for a brief period of time upon his arrival back from the coast before disappearing for a few days.

But he was glad his son was back, and with a playful shove of his nose at Valette's temple he stood up and stretched, releasing the built-up pressure in his joints before urging her to come with him to the border.

He had expected a lot of things, but not the sight of his son, hunched over and smelling of blood—fur ruffled alongside an agouti boy in a similar state. He raised his brows at that. Who was this stranger? Had he been the one to hurt Clay? If so— they both seemed to deal quite a bit of damage to eachother. Greyback couldn't help but feel a little proud if that was the case—his son was strong.

But clearing the ridge, and stepping out of the stone circle as if he was a deliverer himself, the large man hurried to the both of them, his posture tall and regal as it always was. It was only when he reached the border, shadow looming over the two that he would bend down to get a better look at his son. His scrutinizing amber gaze looking over Clay before moving onto his friend.

"What happened to you?" seemed to be the only logical question when confronted with the mess.
