She closed her eyes at his return affection, her heart slowing from its sporadic pulsing in her chest and her breathing slowing some too the longer they stood there. When he was finally able to pull himself from her, she winced at the movement against her sore and highly sensitive flesh. His administrations helped soothed the area some and the nip to her hind end made her eyes flick open as she dealt him a playful glare. He was at her side next, pushing himself into absolutely every bit of her space as he rubbed his head against her neck and shoulders. She knew what he was doing—ensuring she wore his scent—and she decided she didn't really mind that much. Possessive? she remarked, clearly teasing and not showing any signs that it bothered her. But she couldn't resist calling him out on it. 

Donovan's tail encompassed her own as he offered her more affection, which she gratefully accepted; she was an affectionate wolf with those she trusted, but she felt even more so right now. She nodded when he commented on her being tired—she was, actually, especially now that he had brought the feeling to the forefront of her mind. As her high began to slowly dissipate, her soreness and sleepiness became more noticeable and so she had no problem agreeing to his suggestion that she stay the night. Simmik nodded. I'd like that, she answered to all of it—staying the night, hunting in the morning, and then him walking her home. She nuzzled her head against his shoulder, gently implying that he could lead the way whenever he was ready.
