Hideaway Strath drowning in calm waters

Donovan hadn’t spoken with Leigh in some time. Alone anyway. Not since their argument that seemed to go endlessly back and forth. He seeks her out today and for once he gets lucky. The she wolf in absent of any others, stalking throughout the strath.

His hawkish eyes land on her dark pelt. The faint lines of red, tan, and other colors subtly lining the midnight fur. “Leigh.” He greets easily. His body language is calm and casual as he approaches. “How are you, darling?” Is his next question. He says the words as if they never fought in the first place. “It’s been a while since we’ve talked privately.”
