Ocean's Breath Plateau ground zero was the surface of the sun

Gunnar snarled as teeth ripped into his muzzle, scouring deep gashes along it. The teeth barely missed his throat. He felt the graze as he tore away from the youth.

The femme had slipped away she was safe. Gunnar stood snarling, blood dripping down his face. 

His tail over his back, watching warily. He would continue this song and dance if the youth wanted too, but he hoped he'd just leave.
