Eshe was a moth to the flame, and Akavir held the matches.

Or, better yet: "I'll need somebody to taste test it before I serve it ...” she suggested, voice quieting as she leaned closer to him and looked up at him with large, doe-like eyes. "Is that something you could help me out with?"
