he waits. it does not take soto long to figure out for who.

his gaze travels the length of this man’s frame. verapaz has no shortage of eye pleasing wolves; niño would have been so out of place here.

thinking of him brings his ghost to the surface. soto ignores the things el grasoso says, focusing instead on leto’s longing paramour.

me la follé, ya sabes. soto lies; it’s niño coming out in him.

besides, he wants to see this man’s face — he could use a good laugh.
