As much as he hated Redtail Rise lately, he needed them—or at least a support system of some sort—until he was older.

His eyes moved back to Void, wondering for the nth time how he’d coped by himself at such a young age. It made Atreus jealous, though he simply couldn’t fathom it. He could always try, though he didn’t exactly feel ready to face the risks Void had mentioned.
