It was mostly quiet and all, not a whole lot different than here if you don’t count all the trees. But there was a kill, like, south south. It was pretty close to the border, so I bet they took off that way. That’s where she’d have gone if she was them. No use trying to climb out when you could just go further down the canyon and miss all that effort.
