Blackfeather Woods still.

The Blackfeather Woods were silent. Once, a pack had lived here though when it had gone Aiolos did not know. Not often did he travel this way though he had come to this vast area of meadows and fields for a chance to take down a snow hare. Instead, he followed the scent of something along the east of this Wood - a swamp. The pungent scent caused his nose to wrinkle, a flood of childhood memories causing a snarl over his features. Memories he wished he could only erase. He hated everything about it and so pushed forward still, Mother Moon which guided him in this darkness soon becoming unseeing as the thickness of the forest canopy swallowing up everything around him. He stopped and for a moment, the world was still and silent.
