Northstar Vale Go Go Go Girl

Today was a relaxing day, to take a breath after all that's been happening and focus on something more possible. The birds were singing in the distance, praising the day for its clear and beautiful skies, its warm weather that had seemed almost endless these days as summer had reached its peak. It would be a lazy day indeed, one to spend with the family.

As the puppies grew stronger they ventured out of the den more and more every day, she simply kept an eye on them so they didn't wander too far, and would continue to watch them until they could understand her requests of "not too far". Soon enough, and perhaps sooner than she had originally anticipated. 

Takeshi found his way to them today, Reiko paid him little mind. Just because she was mad at him for the meeting and everything he had done before then, it wouldn't mean she would forbid him from seeing the children. It would do more harm than good should she go down that route with the "Emperor". 

As Hotaru stumbled to her mother's side, Reiko's loving gaze focused on the little princess and just as she was about to ask what she wanted in the usual tone that didn't expect a response - the princess spoke! Cerulean eyes welled up with joy, almost overflowing, even Takeshi seemed to be excited with this. A song? She smiled, beaming with joy and delight. Takeshi was the one to ask what she wanted to hear, and Reiko would wait for a response.
