Redhawk Caldera we sleep until the sun goes down.

Eljay lay dow next to the children and let out another yawn while the conversation behind him faded entirely. He closed his eyes and eventually slipped into a dreamless sleep alongside his siblings. He felt warm and fluffy, glad to be with his family and happy that everything turned out okay with mommy and his baby brother and sisters.

With that, visiting hour was over. It was obvious that the babies were sleepy, and Peregrine excused himself -- though only after christening them with additional nicknames. Elwood snickered quietly. "Bye," he called after the Alpha in a stage whisper.

He then glanced down at all of his children; not only were the youngest three snoozing, but Eljay had curled up alongside them. Although he could have napped as well, he was enjoying his observation too much. He tucked his forepaws up against his chest, watching his family happily.
