The creek was quickly becoming the boy's favorite place to hunt-- and to think.

Right now he was doing the latter. Ali fully intended to hunt, as had been his original purpose in leaving the others; for now he wanted to think, though. The past week had been stressful. He had gained things he didn't know he needed, and then he had twice come so close to losing them. It was taking a toll on his mind, though the closeness and support of his companions kept him from breaking altogether. The boy couldn't imagine getting through this if he had lost even one of them.
He swirled one paw in the water and sighed, thoughts suddenly turning to his last personal talk with Lennon. The relief he had felt following it was indescribable; to know that he was still wanted gave Ali a feeling he wouldn't trade for the world. Besides, now he could get back to making heart-eyes over his companion full-time.

Engel stopped by the creek, as he planned to look about here for some food. He needed something besides a decomposing frozen rabbit. As he went along the creek, hoping to find something along it, he found something there. It was a another wolf, a male. On the other side of the creek

"Well, hello there" he said over to the wolf from his side. "Nice little creek here, eh?" He looked them over, something seemed to be up.

Ali flinched slightly at the sound of the other's voice, but quickly calmed himself when he detected no hostility. He looked up at the other, studying him for a moment before he responded. The stranger was male, gazing at him with chocolate eyes and wrapped in a cloak of varying reds.
Alarian smiled cheerfully, ignoring the pain in his cheek. It's a good place to hunt! He informed the other male, noting he did not smell of a pack but of many different wolves-- including two scents he faintly recognized, though he could not pinpoint them now. What brings you here?

As he got a better look over the wolf, he saw that they had quite a lot of wounds. By that, for some reason that made his mind think they liked rough, rather than the possibility of them having been in a recent fight. His tail wagged a bit at htat thought that he quickly dismissed.

"Funny you ask. Hunting" he said back to the question. "Bit hungry...being out here on my own." Was not easy, and he would need to find a place...soon.

Ali was surprised to hear this wolf was on his own, and couldn't help but voice it. Handsome wolf like you, alone? oops.

He hadn't meant to start flirting, but maybe those increasingly intense moments with Lennon were beginning to affect him. Truthfully he hadn't been with another for months, which had felt odd at first. Alarian was all too used to filling the emotional gaps in his life with the companionship of beautiful strangers. It had been a recurring theme when he was newly an adult, and still he wasn't quite certain why he had stopped.
The boy smiled a bit shyly after a moment. To hell with it.

Engel smiled a little at the other wolf's flirtatious remark. "Oh, handsome am I?" he asked back. "You aren't too bad yourself" he added, with a wink. He looked down to the creek and put a paw in it, only to flinch back. "It's cold" he laughed.

Then he tried again, this time getting by the cold and getting a couple steps in. "What might your name be?" he asked over to the wolf.

The boy felt a heated blush spread through his cheeks when the other returned the compliment, feeling a rush of both pride and relief at the fact that he had not been outright rejected. He found himself briefly disappointed at the thought that it wouldn't be so easy with Lennon-- but then, he was after something entirely different with Lennon. Even if he wouldn't admit that out loud anytime soon.
When the red-cloaked male got into the water, Alarian was instantly taken by an idea. He didn't even register the other's question, as directly after it was posed he leapt into the water beside him. It splashed up all around the two, soaking them both, and the boy giggled at his own troublemaking. He hopped out of the water and shook himself off, then grinned at the other.
It is cold-- and now you went and got yourself soaked! Ali's tone was teasing, eyes sparkling with barely-repressed laughter.

Engel let out a chill gasp out the sudden cold as water washed all over him, shaking all over and looking over at the other wolf with a glare. But he couldn't hold it for long, and after the other wolf had his laugh, Engel got on his hind legs to attempt to push the other wolf over into the water, as payback for the splashing, laughing as he did.

rolled a success in discord haha
The boy gasped when he hit the cold water again, and a half-shocked giggle escaped him. He was quick to rear up toward the other wolf, a playful gleam in his eyes.
Ali pushed into the other with both front paws, careful not to push too hard lest his new friend go underwater. Teeth closed gently around the red male's scruff, and Alarian gave him a slight nip. He did not bite him anymore or any harder, but neither did he pull away from the other wolf once he had found his mark.

Engel watched as the other wolf pushed against him with his front paws, and he fell a bit off balance before the wolf gently grabbed his scruff. "Woah, gentle...gentle" he said quietly. He stayed still, eyes eyeing the other wolf curiously. What was he planning? Lest to say, he was also quite comfortable as he was.

Ali stilled at the words, then let go of his scruff. He put his muzzle next to the red wolf's ear, and smiled a bit sheepishly.
Sorry. The boy murmured. I can be more gentle.
Then he was a bit embarrassed by his own boldness, removing himself from the other wolf but not backing away. He had already said it, he figured, so he may as well stay for the results.

Engel laughed a bit, shaking his head. "I was only kidding, loosen up a bit." He tried to get up and get a better look at the other wolf. "Might not be my place to ask, but...you seemed stressed?" And in pretty bad shape, but he didn't mention anything about that.

He felt relief at the male's words, glad that he hadn't messed anything up. At the question, his head lowered slightly.
Well... stressed is one way to put it. Ali admitted after a slight pause. I've been through a lot lately.
It was kind of an understatement, all things considered. The boy's life had been turned upside down within a week-- not that he would trade his current situation for anything, but it was a lot to take in.

Engel waited till he poked at the other wolf with his nose softly, against his shoulder. "We've all had hard times, buddy..." he said, trying to add to some comfort. "But hey, it'll go well. I'm sure there's something keeping your life up, right?"

Alarian wanted to tell him about Lennon and Korei, about how wonderful they were. He was about to, too, but then he fully registered the touch of the other's nose against his shoulder and lost his train of thought.
The boy couldn't help but comment with a slightly coy smile: There usually is. Right now it's those beautiful eyes of yours.

He wanted to tell himself he had no idea where that came from, but that would have been a lie. In what seemed now like a past life, he had been far more familiar with these situations. Now he felt rusty, out of practice. But the strange male was oddly alluring, and Ali found he couldn't quite help but react.

Engel pulled back, blinking as he heard the words register. He was not sure how to receive that until he did, and he leaned his face toward the other wolf. He didn't even know their name, yet here he was, leaning in to touch his nose against theirs, and then going to rub his cheek on the uninjured side. But just before he made any touch, he spoke. "Your scars are...pretty nice too."

Ali worried for a moment when the red-cloaked stranger pulled back, but then he was leaning in again. The boy accepted the touch happily, leaning into him further. He wasn't really sure what to say to the scars comment-- Alarian hadn't imagined his scars being attractive, nor could he find it in himself to be proud of them. Nonetheless, he took it as a compliment and responded with a gentle lick to the other's cheek, moving to press more of his body against him.
Maybe we should get out of the water, it is awfully cold. He suggested with a slightly teasing smile, then added: I'm sure we can think of a way to warm up.

Engel raised a brow toward the other wolf, and he went to get out of the water, resting there with his forelimbs bent down as he stretched out, then shook off water. "Oh really? This an idea you shoud share?" he asked with a hinting grin that he could easily guess.

The boy followed the enticing red stranger out of the creek, shaking the water out of his thin coat.
He slipped alongside the other wolf, pressing his muzzle to his cheek. Ali wanted this, he already knew that, but it was important for the boy to know that it was reciprocated. Otherwise he dare not make another move.
I think you know what I mean. Alarian's voice was soft; oh, he was nothing if not painfully and awkwardly direct. The question is: do you want it?

Engel nodded slowly, and he remained in the stretching position, his tail wagging side to side. "Do you?" He was ready to give it, but by what had been shown many times before, he also loved to receive it. "To answer your question..." he leaned his head over right next to their ear. "Yes..."

Mature Content Warning

This thread has been marked as mature. By reading and/or participating in this thread, you acknowledge that you are of age or have permission from your parents to do so.

The participants have indicated the following reason(s) for this warning: the wolf secks will happen soon
Ali licked the red stranger's muzzle, dragging his nose through the red fur across his cheek to his ear. When he reached the other's fuzzy (cute!) red ear, he first gently nibbled along the edge of the delicate skin. Then he licked him again, this time just under his ear between his cheek and neck.
I do. He confessed, pressing himself against the other's side. With a chuckle and a slightly nervous smile, he added: I um... I hope you don't mind being on top.

Engel licked back at Alarian's muzzle, he felt the nibbles and nips and shivered at the touch. He was most indeed enjoying the many touches along his skin and fur, his tail swaying.

"You sure?" He shrugged and went about to the other wolf's rear, and prodded his nose against his tail before having the idea to start licking around there, like he had with Dakarai. He had been quite excited by that. "Last chance..."

The boy opened his mouth to answer, but then he felt the touch of the other's tongue against him-- there! a heated flush grew in his cheeks-- and his mind blanked for a moment. Gone was whatever witty answer he had been about to give, and he could only manage a gasp and a shaky, breathless whine, ending in a whispered Yes.

Ali swept his tail to the side to allow easier access, trembling a bit, though he knew not if it was from cold or anticipation. Briefly it crossed his mind that this stranger was not Lennon; but what a careless thought to have in the presence of a new lover! He would have been ashamed of himself, but he was determined not to ruin this encounter, so he shoved the thought aside and cast the handsome red wolf an affectionate glance.

Engel looked down the length of the other wolf, and grinned as he heard the answer. He leaped up onto the wolf's back, and positioned himself. He could feel him trembling, and thought this was a nervous reaction. "This your first time? I...I can go slow if you need" he said, he didn't want to hurt him.

After he received his answer, he started thrusting slowly nonetheless, trying to hit the mark he began to desire.

No-- no, it's not my first time. The boy was quick to explain, then added with a breathless laugh: But it has been awhile.
Ali inhaled sharply when the red-cloaked stranger found his mark, but did not shrink away. There was no discomfort in the act; rather the opposite, actually. Beyond the physical pleasure, he felt wanted-- even if this was typically the only use others found for him, it was something, right?
It felt like the closest he would get to being loved, and with that thought he embraced the encounter fully. Nerves forgotten, he arched into his perfect stranger's touch, soft noises escaping him every so often.
