At this he lifts a paw and puts it to his chest with mock insult. He’s unable to keep the smile off his handsome face and he folds his hind legs into a sitting position. “Darling.” He gasps comically. “Say that again and I might just fall in love with you.” He practically growls, but in a obviously joking manner. “Or I’ll just have to beat your ass again, whichever comes first.” He chirps with a teasing wink.
