Kintla Flatlands The one to whom I should be right

Nyra heard his words, and whines softly in acknowledgment of the facts of the matter. 
When he came to her side, Nyra accepted the help and slowly staggered to her paws again. 

"Both of us will need to find another pack soon. I....I'm sorry, that I failed you as a leader." Nyra hung her head as she spoke, mostly from exhaustion, but also with shame. 
She could've done better...
