can i bring back a character that had a rip thread?

hi! i was thinking abt bringing back one of my old characters, but his last thread was labeled as a RIP thread.. 

the death is kindaaa ambiguous. or can be seen as such. here's the thread for reference: https://wolf-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=46023 

i wanted to see if its ok to reactivate him!

not a cm but i was told that the cms don't police/enforce who is dead enough and who isn't, so i would assume if there was no body you should be good!

We do enforce death if the death is unambiguous, characters can't come back from the dead, we just aren't willing to make that call when it comes to taking an account username away.

This death thread seems ambiguous enough! Generally speaking, no body = free game, so feel free to bring Orochi back!
