Hi! I'm trying to adopt out two of my toons, Wilwarin and Sikuliak, and this is my first time going through the readoption process. I have a player who wants to adopt Siku but I'm a little lost as to how I go about resetting the password for the profile. Is that all that needs to be done to switch the account over to the new writer? TIA!

You can reset their passwords yourself! Just go to the Account dropdown, click User CP, then go to Your Profile, Change Password.
If you'd like to reset the word counts, that request would have to be made via the Maintenance thread.

also, make sure the new player changes the email address for the account once they have it. they should also change the password again.
email can be changed by going to account>user cp>your profile>change email
