Valette nodded to Tavi, though it felt a bit weird she used her old name. She would have to tell her sooner or later. "It is on your terms Tavi. Whenever you feel ready you are the mother," she smiled. She had a great respect for mothers, she had seen how tough puppies could be with Saena and what her mother had done to protect them. Now hearing Tavi's story she had also gone out of her way to protect her young. It seemed that most females needed to protect their youth from their fathers. For the girl it started to make sense. Mothers were better, and the ones that would care for the pups. Fathers weren't caring. It was clear now.

Valette nodded respectfully. "I understand--- Oh," she let out in surprise when Tavi started telling anyhow. She instantly listened. She nodded when she talked. "I won't tell anyone about your location. Only to my alpha to have proof for my Ranger specialty. He is a good guy, he will keep it a secret too," she spoke. Tavi then asked about Silvertip and about her life. Valette only felt right to tell more about herself now Tavi did. "Silvertip is very nice. It is a mountain, so I had to get used to that in the beginning. The air is different. I knew Steady, the alpha, before I went to this pack. I knew his nephew, Mason, too. They visited my mother when she was dying. Anyhow. Phoenix traveled to a new place, but I lost them while traveling. I wanted to visit Mason at Silvertip and when I returned--- they left. So I went to the wolves I knew at Silvertip. Though I must say that Mason isn't around anymore it is a nice place to be. He left too...," she explained to her.

"Steady is loyal, for now at least, and there are others that I can say are my friends now. They even take my advise with the pack hunts! Because well, you know how much I liked hunting back at Phoenix," she spoke. "Life is alright. I can't really complain, though I don't have many to talk about what happened in the past. It feels weird to talk about mother, and what happened at Phoenix. They weren't there, Steady knows a bit but he might leave like all the others... It is just nice to see you, because you understand. You moved away from Reek too to protect your children, mom did and even Saena did. So, um... Silvertip is nice, truly, though I am not sure if I can trust anyone there. How do you know males are there to stay? Steady has a mate now. What if he gives her pups and then leaves too?" She then realized she had talked a lot and looked down. "I guess I needed to let out some of my thoughts," she then whispered more softly, feeling a bit embarrassed. "I also don't go by the name Desna anymore. It is a Northern name from my father's culture. But he is an asshole and I don't identify with his family. So I named myself Valette, a name that kind of sounds like my mother's name."
