Valette hated to bring discomfort to Banner and the info she was carrying but Valette had to tell them at least. They should know if there was a killer around. Unfortunately she didn't know much about the murderer or murderess. This was also a possibility. "No, I don't know much. Valette did have an idea that might work but she was hesitant to do that seeing that it involved visiting her father.

"There is no father we know off. The female was fleeing from something. Steady, our alpha, will take them in as their own," she explained. She herself was a bit hesitant to become their mother but she would help out, of course. "And me being the main hunter means I will of course provide for them too. They are young around 4 to 5 weeks.
