Valette could tell that her sister had difficulties after she called for her children, who were probably out exploring. She decided that her sister might need a more easy introduction to the others. However, then Krypton showed up, responding to her howl. Valette noticed Nanook stumble, and wanted to help her.

"Hi Kryp. This is my sister Nanook! A funny thing happened, we both changed our name and hadn't seen each other in such a long time that we didn't realize we were sisters!," she explained and smiled softly at Nanook. "I welcomed her back in our ranks." Valette then turned to her sister. "I think you deserve some TLC, Nanook," she added too. She really wanted her sister to feel better.
