"The previous leader of Easthollow Steady is buried by this stone. That is why we call it Steady's stone. He is also my first mate," she explained. "More are buried here actually, my step-daughter and other pack mates. This is also our central meeting spot. So that the ones who passed can be with us when serious matters need to be discussed." Some wolves might not like the idea but Valette loved the idea that she could still be with the ones she loved, and have a connection with them.
