Moonspear lend a hand to the silver blade

Her scent was not difficult to find, leading one to find the mountain wolf sitting on a cliff where she studied the world below. Even from up here, she could see that the land was waterlogged after the most recent rains, the topmost soil rippling like it was liquid and not solid earth. It was a curious thing to see, one that made Keres wonder if these lands would ever dry out again. She'd only arrived a week past and it had at least drizzled every day since, with no signs of letting up.

An ear flicked, shooing away a fly, tongue licking at her chops as she moved her gaze to the clouds heavy with rain, studying them. They did not yet release their cache, building up to once more douse the earths in their wet misery. No doubt they would do so again today, giving the wolf an inclanation to go down the mountain and hunt before the rains hit. Still, she stayed where she was for a few moments longer, continuing her observations.
