Likely something had happened, but if he was worried about them causing issues, it didn't sound as if he was too torn up. I won't dock you points for that. Hell, it might even be worth some. What'd you do, piss on the wrong tree? Mistake one of them for a tree?

She hadn't actually ever met them and was curious to know more. There were quite a few packs in the area she was unaware of - travel took her a while still and she avoided walking the mountains alone unless she felt she needed to. It wasn't worth falling again.

But first Akashingo, now Mereo... she was no ambassador, but she wondered if she shouldn't check them out. Especially if they might spell trouble someday. Bridget might be able to smooth some of that over if she offered her skills (or a friendly word) towards doing so.
