His already-racing heart seems to stumble over itself at Midar's chuckle, skipping unevenly and leaving him lightheaded. He blinks at his lover's words, a faint smile pulling at his delicate scarred features. For a moment he doesn't respond, gaze distant. His eyes close slowly with the gentle grooming behind his ear and he exhales softly, perfectly still under Midar's affection.
How do you plan on doing that?He murmurs belatedly, tone distracted and fond. The answer matters very little to him by now; it's only reflex to keep the conversation alive.
