Joining
The woods have drawn her in, and though Morgiah could not explain her reasoning if asked, she trusts Vaermina's guidance. The dream-spinner has never led her astray, even in the darkest of times. Surely there is a reason she has called her most loyal servant to the borders of this pack. The shadowy wraith lingers quietly, tasting the air for several long moments. This is it, Vaermina murmurs to her, and dutifully she tips her head back to call for an audience. This is it, she echoes silently to herself, though she cannot hope to fathom the meaning of the words. She can only trust Vaermina's plan.

Already present on the borders, the Morta wasted no time on arriving to their caller — a dark smudge that faded into smoke at the bottom. Jakoul, a creature used to cowering and skirting around, seemed rather confident in this moment. Tail giving a few small waves over her spine as she slowed her pace to a stop before the stranger. Their scent revealed nothing special. No danger was present in the air. Peace fell over the Morta before she spoke. Welcome. Help? The last word posed as a question. Did she seek something from the wolves of theses woods?

Anansi is totally skippable, he's just watchin'.

They weren't supposed to go to the outskirts of the pack, but Anansi's respect for authority was a terribly fickle thing. Sometimes he was unfailingly obedient and others he was downright anarchic, and it was impossible to tell which way he leaned at any given moment. He'd avoided the willow since Maegi found him there, for surely she would be keeping a more vigilant eye on it, but that meant she wouldn't be watching the borders as readily. Curiosity got the better of him, as it often did, so as soon as he left Wolfskull for the day, he headed directly for them.

He subconsciously latched onto a scent along the way, so when he arrived, it was fortuitously close to where Jakoul was busy intercepting an outsider. It took him longer than it should have to notice the two dark-haired she-wolves between the trees and he wasn't making much of an effort to be quiet; by the time he caught sight of them and pressed himself low to the ground, it was almost guaranteed one of them had noticed him, if not both.
