Anyone wanting to intercept Ibis? Heat thread 3/5.
Estrus: 5-13 days long (receptive in final 5; high fertility).

A haze of feeling had swept over her in the night. She felt suddenly so vulnerable, so lacking in control of herself — but also unafraid. Like a ship unmoored, she drifted from the valley and towards the towering slopes of the mountains. While Ibis roamed through the stony gap between the range and its splintered sibling, she found herself bathed in spring light. The sun dazzled across the stone; she studied how the striations glimmered. A layering of components which, when caught beneath the light, bleached out and yet retained a copper sheen, or blue, or a lively dappling she traced with her steps. She passed a small pond and paused there to drink, watching after as the dripping water from her chin discoloured the stone to something more saturated. It was an odd thing to study in the moment but Ibis was focused upon the serenity here, in this otherwise empty place. It wasn't nearly as desolate as one might think.

he'd been intending to head for the weald once again, determined to learn it's paths and memorize the way out of the woodland labyrinth, when the sweet aroma caught his attention. his paws began to turn towards the source, mind going blank as a haze took over and guided him in the direction of the alluring scent.

once close enough to spot the rather small silhouette oddly studying the water beneath her, or so he assumed, he stopped to simply watch as she went about her task. should he go unnoticed for more than a minute, he'd let out a chuff and a few sways of his tail, curious to see if she was up for company or would rather be left alone given her current state.

A chuff sounded distantly, but carried to her for a moment so sharp and clear that she was startled. Ibis lifted her head and peered aroud, ears twitching, looking more like a shy doe than anything. When she saw the shadowed man she was immediately struck by the embrous nature of his gaze. By now, Ibis had enjoyed at least one trist with a stranger - and her mind immediately began to compare this stranger to the last. He was healthy looking for the most part; swarthy and wild, much like the Belharra woman. She departed from the pond's edge in order to close the gap between them - bold, curious, and alert to a physical hunger within herself that he could likely satisfy. She did not speak as she came near, but she did pause and give him a moment to look her over too. It seemed only fair.

it appeared his company was accepted rather than refused, though unlike her, he made no move to close the distance between them. instead he simply watched as she took a few steps closer, the feverish glint in his eyes betraying his otherwise stoic demeanor.

she paused in her pursuit, and so he took a moment to properly look her over this time, eyes unabashedly roving over the details of her figure until eventually coming to rest upon the features of her face. she was pretty. a few friendly sways of his tail invited her closer, curious if she was still bold enough to approach as easily as before.

With his subtle welcome (a twitch of his tail) Ibis saw no reason to linger at a distance, and so she swept closer, tossing caution to the wind. She sauntered around him with a probing little nose, gathering scents from his coat or brushing him with the softest of touches, trying to learn more about him without outright asking. The more she did this the more cat-like she became; much like with the first man the girl had encountered, Ibis grew covetous of his proximity and soon enough lost interest in whatever stories his carried scents might hold and became much more invested in playful nips of his cheek. She carefully drew her teeth through his scruff, or let her waving tail swat at his, all the while trying to goad him in to a response - perhaps a run? Or merely a little tussle.

she was either bold or reckless approaching in the way she did. he assumed it was her season making her act so brashly, but then again, it was also effecting him was it not? her touch left a warmth, her nips sparked the fire, and by the time she had finished her teasing, the flame was blazing away.

he let out a low, yet playful growl rumble in the pit of his chest as he turned to snap at the air above her nape, the sound of teeth clacking against each other echoing in his ears. he bounced a few paces away before lowering himself into a play-bow, tail swaying devilishly behind him as he awaited her reaction.

Her ministrations were soft but quick, and he reacted by snapping his teeth - a jarring sound that made her tense. Then he was whisking away; had she offended him? Her skin was on-edge. Her eyes trailed after him and when he bowed, she had her answer; and she followed, a light prance that became a bound, as his strides were much larger than her own.

She bowed to him with her shoulders but did not lower herself to his level entirely. Ibis didn't hold the pose for long, too animated by the fire inside her own body. She pressed in to his personal space and crooned a few notes to him, pirouetting as she got closer, then down again - bowing properly, her tail raised high and spreading her scent.

she reciprocated his bow with one of her own much to his approval, though he admittedly would have liked their game to go on for a bit longer than what it did. instead she cut it off by pushing her way towards him and drowning him in that alluring aroma of hers.

think with your head not your dick. think about the consequences. think about the risks.

coincidentally, the inky ghoul wasn't thinking at all right now. a fog had taken hold of his mind with only one path and one ending clearly lit. instincts pressed him forward until he was close to her, nose running along the length of her thigh while he drank in the scent that sent any logical decision making right out the metaphorical window.

It was different with him. It wasn't new for her, and he wasn't a friend. He was a total mystery who fed in to the primitive side of her, and she wanted to explore that - in so far as she was aware, anyway. She pirouetted again, but was caught by his presence so close to her hip; his nose probing in places she didn't anticipate, and she was briefly unsettled, but did not stop him. The fur along her spine lifted in thin tufts; Ibis' tail wagged and then drooped, and she more or less offered herself up to him, looking over her shoulder and crooning again - now, now, now, her posture demanded - play with me!

he was careful in his prodding, not aiming to unsettle or startle her, but rather test her receptiveness to his close proximity. she didn't push him away, but didn't outright accept him either. and so at the sudden movements of her tail and quick glance over her shoulder, the inky ghoul aimed to place a few playful nips along her hip before bouncing a step away.

his tail swung flirtatiously behind him while he awaited her reaction, curious to know if she would reciprocate his moment of playfulness with one of her own.

Each nip of his teeth ignited further lust in her, and soon she would be ruled by it. For now Ibis enjoyed his soundless company - watching him move, thrilled to chase after him. For the past few days she has been the prey while men have chased after her, and it was nice to turn that game around. He bowed, and she charged; he was quick, rising and dancing a few steps beyond her, and so the game continued.

their game of teasing was a simple one, something he enjoyed to the fullest. she'd lunge and he'd bounce a few steps away before they'd rinse and repeat. however fun it may be, he didn't wish for their play to turn stale and so opted to stand his ground should she charge at him once more. a low, sportive growl challenged her to do her worst, for he was certain he could handle whatever it was she may throw at him.

Mature Content Warning

This thread has been marked as mature. By reading and/or participating in this thread, you acknowledge that you are of age or have permission from your parents to do so.

The participants have indicated the following reason(s) for this warning: Reader beware beyond this point!

This was not the style of play she was used to. Ibis did not indulge herself, she never had anyone who would partake except for the children of Lost Creek (when there were children; and, alas, the claim was gone now). She did not think of this as she jockeyed near the stranger, though. Her whole heart was thrust in to this game - as with everything she did.

When he moved away, she would swiftly fill that void; likewise, when he moved in closer to her she would let him linger there a breath, and circle opposite. There was a lag to their jousting that eventually caught up with them, and when he paused, she lunged for him - but not to lay claim in the win, rather, to drift around him and press herself as close as he would allow.

She drew her cheek alongside his scruff, inhaling the musk of his coat as she went. Soon her shoulder met his, and Ibis danced alongside him, her steps a careful weave, as she circled to his other side. Once there, she began to preen at the dark mane, and crooned lowly to him a pleading note as she withdrew her touch.

None of the other men had played with her like this stygian creature. She had enjoyed the time spent giving chase, the electricity that pulsed through her whenever they made contact with one-another. Now, though, the game was changing - and Ibis pushed against him as she wedged herself against his chest, chasing what she really wanted.

he was familiar with the way their game evolved to something more intimate, her close proximity and intoxicating aroma sending a wave of desire to wash over him. he didn't pull away from the contact, but rather gave an approving rumble as she preened through the fur of his inky scruff. he aimed to do the same to her should she allow it, a gentle sway of his tail signalling his favor of their blossoming intimacy.

thoughts of what could come from future actions were lost to him. he just knew he wanted to touch, to feel, to receive as much affection as he was giving. the youthful sylph's caresses were enough to distract him from all else, and as she press herself against him he felt the loose grasp on reality slip away completely. he knew what he desired, so why fight it?

slowly, he began to work his way towards her hips, affectionate nibbles left here and there until he reached the base of her tail. he was not one to drag out the teasing to the point of it becoming dull, and so after a movement of lingering nearness, he swung a paw carefully over her lower back to test if there was any retaliation before continuing onward.

He teased her and it wasn't fair! They had played their games together already, and now she was offering him something better to do - and all Ibis could think (being thoroughly distracted by his antics) was how irritating the continued goading was; that's what it felt like, with her rising impatience. When he finally grasped for her and pulled her close she arched backwards against him, and had she been taller perhaps he would have lost his hold. Her enthusiasm was not limited to their tussling, thus when he was in position and things progressed in the manner that was inevitable, Ibis' happy little voice filled the air with ribbons of pleasure.

If he took his time or he was quick, it did not matter. She had enjoyed every bit of their time together, warming to the stranger with every touch, every moan, every little bit of ecstasy that he shared with her. The flood of warmth between them was a unifying force — and yet, in the end, she knew she would leave him as she had left the others.

she didn't shy away from his touch, and so he took that as all the permission he needed. their courting was one of primitive desire, at least on his end of things. his movement were gentle, for she was much smaller than he, but steady in their rhythm. her voice encouraged him all the more as their dance near it's climax, a satisfied hum ringing about his ears as he felt himself tip over the edge.

breathless, he felt his weight give way as their coupling met it's end. what may come of their actions were yet lost to him as he slipped into something akin to ecstasy.

OK! TY for the thread, this was fun. :>

When their bodies could be untangled, Ibis drifted from him. Her legs felt like saplings bending to every breeze, and she felt a humming in her skin as the flood of endorphins worked through her system. She lingered a little longer with him, tugging at his dark coat or merely basking in the warmth of his body, but eventually she felt called to move on. She felt distantly hungry, but was too hopped up on pleasant feelings to pursue a hunt. With one lingering glimpse of the swarthy man she smiled to him, then slipped away - a vanishing puff of smoke.
