Bridget ignored the look, though this interaction would likely set the tone for them going forward. She'd wondered if maybe, once she got over her feelings and past all of this, she could meet Reyes amicably at least. It didn't seem like that was going to be the case, however. He was quick to rile to about anything she said - and it turns out, she wasn't nearly as big a person as she'd hoped.

Bridget let her search carry her more in the direction of the shore, visibly poking through the reeds and looking around as though thoroughly stumped.

Despite a hard-headed tendency to want to inspire conflict, she sensed that Reyes should probably be the one to "find" her. Fighting with him was one thing - god, she wanted to. But fighting with him in front of Sorana? Another altogether.
