Emberwood Out into the light

The sun had fallen by now, Greyback noticed as it's rays kissed the horizon and bathed the white earth in it's light. He couldn't find the strength to travel back now, nor the urge after looking at Valette, her fur catching on the light. All he wanted to do was stay put with her forever, here, if he could. He gave her a small nod when she suggested traveling back in morning and happily curled himself around her small form after she did, dwarfing her with his size and fur and encasing her in his warmth.
