The wolf who appeared to greet him looked like he couldn’t be much older than Atreus. He was taller and lankier, almost cadaverous. The gashes on his flank immediately drew the young scout’s attention. He was no expert but those looked pretty fresh.

I’m researching all the packs in this general area, looking for one that might be a good fit. Uhm, I just came from Mereo, actually. Do you know of it?
