Simeon is a rock in the middle of a storming sea, the beaten stone at the edge of the island. He is relentless and bold, and reckless, at times - a rational thinker, yet swayed by the emotions that stir him to move in ways that may seem impatient, impulsive, or risky to some.

Though he is born the firstborn son, Simeon himself may be perceived as a bit of a screwup, sticking his words where they shouldn't be said, and erring towards the path of that one lost sheep rather towards the ninety-nine who are safe in their Shepherd's care. Yet despite the many times he falls, Simeon always finds himself getting back up again when the day is over, and his sins are laid bare. Repentant, longing to fully love his brethren, and to follow his God with a pure and sincere heart.

But with his bull-headedness, he just might take a while to learn how.
