Ocean's Breath Plateau dark curls

Vairë was getting bigger, but she made one last push for her sister’s pack. She had left early that morning, but it had taken her much too long to get to the borders of Moontide. She ended up there by noon, huffing and puffing like she’d run a thousand miles.

She was lucky she had Rhaegal, she reasoned to herself as she stepped over the borders. He could take over recruitment in her absence.

Absentmindedly, she sent up a call for @Samani , her mind still tripping over thoughts of puppies.

The sea girl did not hesitate to answer her sister's call. Samani lifted her head and howled back, racing toward the edges of the plateau on swift paws.

As she drew near, her jade eyes sparkled with the joy she felt.

Vairë! Look at you, she marveled breathlessly, drawing closer to the beautiful image of the pregnant woman. Samani couldn't help but wonder if she would look that ethereal when she began to show. Come in, come in. Tell me how you have been.

A sweet nudge was planted on Vairë's cheek.

Her peachy sister came with all the grace and dignity Vairë certainly lacked at the moment. The nudge was accepted with a lean and a quick press of her nose to her sister’s forehead.

About as wide as a whale! She laughed, feeling as though she sloshed everytime she walked.
